    We are seeking a dependable and motivated Recycling Worker to join our team. This role is essential to our metal recycling operations, involving the safe handling, sorting, and processing of materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, capable of operating heavy equipment, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sort, separate, and process ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials

    Operate heavy equipment including excavators, forklifts, and material handlers equipped with grapple and magnet attachments

    Assist customers with unloading and direct materials to proper areas

    Inspect incoming materials and remove non-recyclable or hazardous items

    Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free yard

    Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues

    Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and environmental regulations

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    Experience operating heavy equipment required

    Familiarity with material handling machinery and attachments (grapples, magnets)

    Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

    Must possess a valid driver’s license

    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

    Key Responsibilities:
