Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a high-performing, customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across a defined geographic region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term customer relationships, and promoting Elite’s full suite of material handling solutions. Responsibilities
The Dock & Door Dispatcher is responsible for effectively managing time and work-flow for multiple work orders/service calls and road service technicians. Additionally, successful candidates will be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple phone calls between technicians and other departments ensuring safe, prompt and reliable service to our customers.
Additional responsibilities include:
Ensuring technicians work is performed in accordance with established Elite Material Handling quality standards, safety rules and procedures at all times.Review and process service requests, geographically dispatching the closest technician (not next available) with proper skill set, paperwork, parts, and information.Strong organizational skills enabling effective communication with customers and technicians to ensure service calls are complete and when required, following up with technician(s) and other departments to finalize repairs, ensuring total customer satisfaction.Documenting all pertinent information within service/invoicing software for each applicable job, as well as completing various forms, reports, logs, records, etc.Prepare and maintain accurate records and data associated with the responsibilities of the department.Work with Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager to keep the service department informed of unusual circumstances or the need for additional assistance in order to facilitate and finalize repairs.Ensure quoted repairs are communicated thoroughly before technician is dispatched; informing of scope of work, time allotted, equipment required, etc.Proactively monitoring technicians’ Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure timely completion of jobs and accurate customer invoicing.Approve technician time cards for accurate payroll processingPerform other duties as assigned by department managerRequirements:To qualify for this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with management and customers (internal and external), possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to multi-task, as well as the following requirements:

Job Summary
The Haul Truck Driver is responsible for transporting equipment to/from various locations in the North Texas area.
A valid and current Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is required. Also, you must have clean driving record (Department of Motor Vehicles) and pass a criminal background check.
Key Job Responsibilities
Pick-up and deliver equipment between job sites, pick-up of parts and equipment from various locations.Assist in the loading/unloading equipment.Responsible for safe and efficient operation of Heavy Haul truck and lowboy to support mobilization of equipment to and from job sites and on job sites when required.Operates vehicles and/or equipment in a safe and responsible manner.Loads and unloads a variety of heavy haul construction equipment, may involve heavy lifting.Inspects site to ensure safe environment to load and unload.Complies with site policies and safety procedures.Performs all required DOT inspections and complies with other regulatory DOT requirements by adhering to state and federal laws and regulations.Understands and complies with all DOT rules and regulations.Works mandatory overtime on a weekly basis.Familiar with permitting process.Lifts objects to include chains, binders and blocks up to 50lbs.Regular attendance is an essential requirement of the job.Works outdoors in all types of weather.May require travel to job locations for extended periods of time.Follow any other job-related duties/functions requested by the supervisor.Key Performance Measurements
