We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, plumbing components, and general facility maintenance items. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen and cooking equipment.Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Respond promptly to service requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Document service calls, repairs, maintenance activities, and recommendations accurately.Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a clean and professional manner.Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations.Qualifications
Previous experience repairing commercial kitchen equipment or related mechanical systems.Strong working knowledge of commercial cooking equipment, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property maintenance.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Preferred
Experience in restaurant, food service, or commercial facility maintenance environments.Physical Requirements
