Elite Cleaning: Partner with your teammate to perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces.Core Tasks: Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, interior windows, and surfaces.Efficiency: Organize and maintain team cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal use.Client Care: Communicate professionally with Lakewood area clients to address specific requests and build trust and long-term relationships.Safety First: Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Experience: Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we will train the right person!Logistics: Must have a valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites across Lakewood and nearby areas.Physical: Ability to lift, push, and carry standard cleaning equipment as needed.Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a desire to work efficiently in a team environment.Background: Willingness to undergo a standard background check and complete company training.
