As a Construction Project Manager at ElitAire, you will leverage your project management skills and strong communication abilities to provide unparalleled technical assistance, equipment selection, and application support to our clients. You will collaborate with internal teams, external customers, and manufacturing partners to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality HVAC solutions.
Other responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day project activities for executed orders, including site visits.Coordinate with service organizations and technicians for start-up, warranty, and troubleshooting matters.Provide clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.Assist in developing proposals and pricing estimates for equipment and technical solutions.Offer timely and accurate technical assistance to Account Managers and customers.Utilize your deep understanding of HVAC airside and waterside systems to guide customers in equipment selection and application.Collaborate with manufacturer partners and utilize software to provide accurate equipment selections.Work closely with Account Managers to ensure proper equipment selection and application alignment.Develop comprehensive proposals, including itemized costs and relevant project information.Support Account Managers with customer-specific marketing strategies.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and make decisions without close supervision. They must be self-motivated, accurate, efficient, and capable of responding to customer needs. Additionally, this candidate will have:
Bachelor's or associate degree in project management, construction management or Industrial; preferred. Equivalent years of experience will also be considered.Site visits; required (travel is estimated to be between 10%-25%)HVAC Project Management; preferred.Proficiency in computer applications and operating systems including Windows, Word, and Excel.Familiarity with Computer Aided Drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make independent decisions.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of responding effectively to customer needs.Join ElitAire, where our commitment to both customers and our team defines our success.
