We’re a growing residential remodeling company seeking a skilled Architect to create detailed architectural drawings + stunning 3D renders that wow clients and keep projects structurally sound.
You’ll handle load-bearing walls, structural changes, and code compliance with confidence while collaborating with our construction team to bring remodeling visions to life.
What You’ll Do:
Draft detailed residential remodeling plans and construction-ready drawingsCreate realistic 3D renderings for client presentationsEnsure designs are practical, safe, and meet code requirementsWork with our team to solve structural challenges during remodelsRequirements:
Degree in Architecture or related field3+ years experience in residential remodeling architectureMust have architecture stampProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering tools (SketchUp, Lumion, or similar)Strong understanding of load-bearing walls and structural integrity in remodelsKnowledge of building codes, permitting, and zoning lawsAbility to produce both concept designs and fully detailed construction drawingsStrong portfolio of residential remodeling work (drawings + renders)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with strong time management skillsApplication Requirement:
