    Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of custom warehouse storage solutions, has an immediate need for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic, to join our winning team in Leola. Our candidate of choice will be working in our maintenance department, supporting our production floor by maintaining and servicing the equipment and machines used day-to-day to meet production goals, including: troubleshooting equipment failures, routine and emergency mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical maintenance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to any / all emergency equipment breakdowns. Report problems with equipment, such as leaks or other deficiencies and act as needed. Perform preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program. Assess operational state of equipment, filters, oil, hydraulics, compressors, motors, pumps, plumbing and electrical systems and determine course of action if needed. Ability to complete routine assignments without direct supervision. Maintain housekeeping standards Perform additional duties as assigned Ensure Health & Safety is the number one goal by having the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and ensure safety policy and procedures are continually observed. KEY REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of progressive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, or comparable experience with trade school or training Possess the skill and ability to perform all basic mechanical and electrical duties required. Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature, and pressure gauges Ability to learn and understand manufacturing processes and able to inspect and repair or replace components. Review and prepare initial drafts of bond resolutions, offering statements, and closing documents; and prepare and circulate document distributions. Conduct legal research relevant to public finance and municipal securities, including state and municipal law. Gather, review, and organize due diligence materials for public finance transactions. Coordinate and manage transaction closings; prepare, organize and collect signature packages; assemble final closing documents; and prepare closing binders. Assist with compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to public finance. Prepare state and federal tax and UCC filing documents for public finance transactions. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree/completion of a post-secondary program with legal focus (a plus). State-approved accredited Paralegal certification (a plus). 5 years of relevant Paralegal work experience in the area of public finance transactions, municipal bonds, and relevant legal regulations. Experience working on debt statements, borrowing base certificates and other filings on the transactions issued under the Pennsylvania Local Government Unit Debt Act (LGUDA) (a plus). Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and methodologies. Competency in using legal software including document management system. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
