  We specialize in roofing and exterior projects and generate high quality leads through direct homeowner outreach. If you can confidently approach people, handle rejection, and stay consistent, you can do very well here.
  
  What You Will Do:
  Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods
  Speak with homeowners and generate interest
  Set appointments for our sales team
  Track your results and stay accountable to daily goals
  
  What We Expect:
  Strong work ethic and reliability
  Comfortable talking to new people every day
  Ability to handle rejection and keep going
  Goal driven mindset
  Willing to work outdoors and stay active
  
  Compensation:
  $17 per hour plus commission
  High commission structure available for top performers
  
  Top performers consistently earn far above average. This role is built for people who want control over their income and are willing to work for it.
  
  Schedule:
  Typical hours are 12 PM to 7:00 PM
  Full time and part time available

  We are looking for a responsible individual who sees themselves as a true sales PROFESSIONAL.
  This is a high-ticket closer position. Uncapped commission. Pre-set, pre-qualified leads.
  
  We sell roofing and siding replacement contracts across the area.
  
  You are not required to generate your own leads, we have 2 full departments who focus on that.
  If you are reliable, consistant, and professional reach out to us.
  
  Requirements:
  Proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement or related industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsValid drivers license and reliable transportation for client meetings.Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.About Us:

  Elevation Exteriors is a highly reputable, fast-growing exterior remodeling company serving homeowners across the region. We are built on integrity, professionalism, and doing whats right for our customers and our team. We are currently hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Field Marketing team as Neighborhood Marketing Representatives.
  
  This is not a high-pressure sales role. You will not be closing deals. Your role is to professionally represent Elevation Exteriors in local neighborhoods, educate homeowners, and set qualified appointments for our in-home sales consultants.
  
  What Youll Do
