We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented Field Specialists to execute a multi-week retail program in a highly regulated industry (tobacco/nicotine). Specialists will be the face of the program in convenience store environments, setting up displays, engaging with adult consumers, and ensuring accurate data collection at every interaction. Key Responsibilities
● On-Site Execution: Arrive on time for every scheduled shift and set up program displays and materials at assigned retail locations, ensuring brand standards and compliance are met.
● Consumer Engagement: Interact with adult consumers in a friendly, professional, and compliant way providing product information, answering questions and guiding them through meaningful brand interactions.
● Data Capture: Manage the consumer data collection process with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timely and complete reporting.
● Compliance & Professionalism: Adhere to all program guidelines and regulatory requirements, escalating issues to the Market Manager when needed.
● Feedback & Insights: Provide real-time feedback on consumer interactions, retail partner experiences, and location dynamics to help optimize program performance.
● Inventory Management: Track and manage program materials and assets responsibly.
Qualifications
● Previous experience in retail, brand activation, or customer-facing roles preferred.
● An outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to connect with consumers while maintaining professionalism.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting.
● Comfortable learning and communicating product knowledge in a clear and confident manner.
● Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required.
● Must be 25+ years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
● In-market travel required up to a 40-mile radius.
