Elements Disaster Recovery is looking for water, fire, and mold Restoration Technicians in the Jacksonville Area! Individuals applying must be hardworking, present a professional appearance, have a good attitude, be dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Performing mitigation duties for water, fire, and mold losses.
Interacting with customers professionally and providing excellent customer service.
Documenting losses according to protocol.
Ability to demo and dispose of baseboards, drywall, cabinets, flooring, etc., and maintain a clean job site.
Computer skills/data entry skills required; Xactimate knowledge is a plus!
REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone.
Availability to be on-call and respond quickly to an after-hours emergency call. (On-Call rotation schedule)
Must be able to work after business hours or overtime when needed.
Must also be able to work independently and with others and follow directions.
This position is subject to a thorough background check and a review of your driving record.
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing (3 Years, no incidents)
Must be able to drive a Van and Box Trucks up to 26 feet. The ability to pull a trailer is a plus.
Technicians must be able to lift 35 lbs physically. - equipment and debris removal, load/unload equipment on trucks, walk or stand for long periods. Must also be able to work in half and full-face respirators as needed.
