Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized, high-energy Training Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of our comprehensive LED lighting training programs. Positioned as a key foundational role within the training department, this position assists in delivering training to our target audiences—including distributors, contractors, custom integrators, specifiers, and rep agencies—with a focus on enhancing their knowledge of our products, processes, and best practices.
The Training Coordinator will play a vital role in both off-site regional training events and corporate training sessions at our Reno location. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for the lighting industry, excellent presentation skills, and the logistical savvy required to keep a dynamic training program running smoothly.
The Training Coordinator will also be required to support content creation of the following, but not limited to, scripts for product trainings and module trainings, as well as the development of Canva presentations. Interested in setting up a new Machine Shop and a paint booth? Are you a natural leader who thrives on the shop floor and loves working with your hands? If yes, Elemental Brands is looking for you! We need a highly skilled, hands-on Machine Shop Supervisor to guide our production team and help build our high-performance custom lighting fixtures. Located in Reno, this position requires travel to our San Dimas location once a month for 2-3 days to provide for approximately 6 months to offer hands-on operational support, standardize shop floor processes, and even assist with paint booth production.
This isn't a desk job—this is a true working supervisor role where you lead from the front. You will be rolling up your sleeves to commission a new fabrication facility that includes laser cutter, turret punch, press brake, CNC, welding, and painting facility. Once up and running, you will directly operate the equipment right alongside your team to hit our production goals. You will also be our go-to expert for sheet metal fabrication, guiding the designs to minimize scrap and maximize throughput.
Beyond the daily hands-on fabrication, you will hire, train, mentor, and work closely with a great team of skilled machinists, fabricators, and painters. Championing a safe work environment is paramount to us, so you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring rigid safety standards, machine guarding protocols, and PPE compliance are always met across the floor.

Travel Required: Routine travel is a core requirement of this position. The Director, Quality leads all quality-related activities including design, implementation, and maintenance of the quality control (QC) systems to ensure quality control and quality assurance of all manufactured and purchased products to achieve product excellence, continuous process improvement, and customer satisfaction. This position will lead the quality efforts and drive best practices in quality assurance, supplier quality management, validation of new products, and failure analysis on returned materials. Key responsibilities for this position include interacting and collaborating well with members of other departments and suppliers to improve quality methods and system processes, resulting in a positive influence and impact on the overall quality of our products and services. This position will be required to communicate with business partners in various time zones requiring work outside of normal business hours up to 15% or more of the time.
This position assists the SVP, Engineering and Operations with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.

Job DescriptionAs a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, chat, and email. The hours for this full-time role are Monday through Friday, with a start time between 6:00 am to 8:30 am.
Responds to customers via phone, email, and chatEffectively communicates product/technical information clearly and concisely, adjusting language and terminology to meet the needs of the customer in a professional mannerTriages customers appropriately and/or takes messagesDocuments conversations concisely yet with enough detail that others can understand what transpiredActively engage with clients' situations and diffuse escalations as neededPrecisely document conversations with customers in the company system(s) as requiredFollow up with inquiries by making outbound calls and emails when necessaryCourteously and effectively communicate appropriate information to fellow team members and or members of other teams, i.e., Order Management, Quotes, Shipping and Receiving, Manufacturing, Sales, Account Management, etc.Provide customers with inventory requests upon requestCreate a bill of materials/quote for the customer's reviewLearn, understand, and follow policies and procedures put into place by Elemental Brands management and relay them appropriately to customersContinuous and proactive learning of new and updated productsSupport teammates by applying FUCA (Focus, Urgency, Collaboration, Accountability)Accept feedback from peers and management and implement suggestions as requestedMaintain a high level of client and company confidentialityAppropriately escalates more complex and/or sensitive customer issues to the Leadership TeamPerforms related duties as requiredQualificationsWe Are Looking for Someone Who:
