SUMMARY: The IT Specialist serves as the primary support to ensure optimal functionality for all company IT systems hardware and the administration of all company software. They will provide advanced troubleshooting for company IT issues and system or network failures. Additionally, the IT Specialist will maintain project files and provide installation and technical support networking equipment at customer sites.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identifies the causes of hardware and software issues by using diagnostic testing for software and equipment.
• Configures all new laptops, desktops, tablets for users at per the direction of management.
• Administers corrective actions for company’s hardware, software, and networking on as needed basis.
• Research solutions to complex technology support issues and new product requirements to upkeep compliance, security and cost effectiveness.
• Analyzes workflow, prioritizes tasks, develops standards, and sets deadlines in conjunction with the Sales team for networking installation projects.
• Analyzes and reports computer network security breaches or attempted breaches.
• Travels to customer sites to complete job assignments as needed.
• Ensures the proper back-up for all Company databases and networks.
• Collaborates with vendors for software updates.
• Manages the company wireless cell phones policies and software.

The Electronics Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting electronic sub-assemblies & assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
