Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sqft. Facility is situated in the Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of ElectrolitTM - the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Utilities Maintenance Technician is to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all utility systems that support manufacturing operations, including boilers, chillers, air compressors, HVAC, water treatment, and other facility infrastructure. This role ensures continuous operation of plant utilities to support production efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily On-Site Attendance.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant utility systems (boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, water and wastewater systems, etc.).Monitor, inspect, and record equipment performance; identify issues before they cause downtime.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.Maintain and calibrate instrumentation, control systems, and sensors related to utilities of equipment.Assist with installation and commissioning of new utilities, equipment or facility upgrades.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.Support plant operations by responding promptly to maintenance calls and emergencies.Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.Any other duties related to the job, as assigned by Management.

High School diploma and/or technical certification in Maintenance Program, Instrumentation, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.3+ years of experience in industrial utilities or plant maintenance (manufacturing environment strongly preferred).Electrical background, including experience with low-voltage and industrial wiring and electrical maintenance.Comfortable with hands-on field work—must be able to work in production areas, climb ladders, and use tools in real-time troubleshooting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English is required, Spanish a plus.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing warehouse team members, equipment, and schedules. The role includes enforcing operational procedures and supporting the coordination of warehouse operations with production, logistics, and procurement departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain inventory tracking systems to increase manufacturing throughput and improve stock accuracy.Oversee receiving, cycle count activities, and month-end inventory to ensure physical inventories reconcile with system records (SAP).Train all new warehouse employees and assess ongoing training needs based on performance.Coordinate staffing requirements to cover attendance shortages.Schedule and coordinate materials transferred to and from the warehouse, including interdepartmental transfers.Ensure stock is stored in correct warehouse locations, and dock storage areas are organized.Manage the flow of finished products from production areas and oversee disposition of damaged or used materials.Enforce operating procedures, safety policies, and regulatory compliance.Monitor and report high-cost repairs and coordinate equipment maintenance with vendors and forklift mechanics.Act as SuperUser (Advance Team Member) for the Warehouse WMS system.Ensure clean, orderly, and safe warehouse operations at all times.Participate in planning for personnel safety and plant protection.Report significant issues and risks to management.Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of employee timecards for direct reports in accordance with company policies and payroll deadlines.Other duties as assigned by Management.

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Industrial Maintenance Technician is to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all equipment across the facility. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining of production and facility equipment. The maintenance technician will support continuous production by optimizing system performance and minimizing downtime through proactive diagnostics and timely interventions. Performs daily, monthly, annual, and preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
Work with tools, machinery, and live systems in real-time to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to reduce unplanned downtime.
Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
Identify the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
Repair broken machines quickly and efficiently.
Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals.
Provide exceptional service and support to internal customers, suppliers, and team members.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Partner with the Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations and meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.Provide clear communication during shift handoffs, identifying ongoing challenges and opportunities.Conduct regular floor walks to verify compliance with safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and quality requirements.Assist with production line setup, batching (if applicable), execution of scheduled changeovers and operate machine if coverage is needed.Verify raw materials and packaging are available, accurate, and properly staged for upcoming runs; perform quality checks following changeovers.Maintain accurate records of production activity, including system updates (ERP/WMS/LMS) and shift reports.Monitor line performance, track downtime events, and escalate issues according to established procedures.Act as a resource and first point of contact for production team members, providing guidance and reinforcing GMP and food safety standards.Support supervisor in training and developing team members to enhance operational effectiveness.Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and all applicable legal/food safety requirements.Other duties as assigned by Management.

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Process Maintenance Engineer is to be an expert for the Liquid manufacturing processes, providing technical leadership and ensures maximum equipment uptime, process efficiency, and workplace safety by combining mechanical repair skills with process optimization; driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using continuous improvement methodologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the optimal operation of their assigned plant’s manufacturing processes i.e., hands-on process adjustments. The primary responsibility of the Facility Maintenance Technician is to manage the upkeep of Electrolit Manufacturing, USA Inc.’s equipment and facilities. This position organizes all maintenance activities by scheduling work orders, managing resources, and serving as the primary point of contact for any repair needs. The Facility Maintenance Technician will act as a liaison between the maintenance team, management, and external vendors to ensure operations run efficiently. Principal Duties
Maintaining the safety, integrity and cleanliness of entire interior facility, in addition to the105 acres of fencing, gates, and exterior LED lighting.Monthly walks to check for punctures, debris, or drainage clogs to protect the warranty.Inspecting expansion joints and sealants for cracks or water intrusion.Performing basic PMs (filter changes, belt checks) on RTUs and monitoring the Building Automation System (BAS) to ensure the facility remains conditioned within spec.Daily inspections of the concrete/asphalt for "alligatoring," sinkholes, or damage caused by heavy trailers.Ensuring catch basins and swales are clear of debris to prevent site flooding.Weekly "churn" of fire pumps, monitoring riser pressures, and ensuring the pump house is heated/secured.Walking the floor to ensure the tenant isn't blocking fire exits, stacking height limits, or damaging columns with forklifts.Repairing flush valves, leaks, and breakroom fixtures.Replacing ballasts, LED drivers, and exterior wall packs.Patching and painting office areas and common corridors.Documenting any unapproved tenant improvements or "hack-jobs" on the electrical/plumbing systems.Checking dock levelers and seals; while often a tenant cost, a broken leveler can lead to structural wall damage.Monthly manual logs of sub-meters to verify tenant-reported usage.Acting as the point of contact for specialized contractors (Elevator, Fire Sprinkler, or Roofers) to ensure performed work is aligned with billed services.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance, safety, and quality of beverage products manufactured under Low-Acid Canned Food (LACF) regulations using thermal processing (retort). This role supports process validation, regulatory compliance, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee product safety and adherence to FDA, HACCP, and applicable food safety standards. The Quality Engineer will report to the Quality Manager. This position will work with sensitive information; therefore, it will require an NDA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with FDA LACF regulations (21 CFR Part 113) and related food safety requirements.Maintain and support Scheduled Process filings (FDA Form 2541) in coordination with Process Authorities.Verify adherence to thermal process parameters (time, temperature, pressure, venting, come-up time).Support and maintain compliance with HACCP, Preventive Controls (FSMA), and GMPs.Act as a subject matter expert for retort processing compliance and deviation handling.Monitor and validate retort operations, this will include Temperature distribution (TD), heat penetration (HP) studies, Venting and air removal verification, and Critical factor control operations. 7. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and light physical activity may be required. The employee may occasionally be required to lift or move items weighing up to 15 pounds. Employees in this role may have occasional exposure to the manufacturing and production environment, including noise, moving equipment, temperature variations, and wet or humid conditions. When entering production areas, appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in accordance with company policy. Noise levels in the primary office environment are typically low to moderate. Work schedules may include extended shifts, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays based on production demands.
