    The Office Coordinator serves a key role in providing administrative support and technical project related services to our Seneca, South Carolina office. This position will be on location and full-time. This individual must have analytical problem-solving skills, knowledge and experience in clerical data entry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Processing financial Project Close-Out documentation for WIP/Final Billing.Receiving/Entering Production Orders for jobs on the computer.Entering/Approving production units for A/P.Demonstrate organizational skills and attention-to-detail, specifically related to data entry.Tracking/Communication Job Production for crews.Create, prepare, and finalize reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and other documents, including WIP units.Assisting with Customer Problem Resolution.Submission of Confidential Information to our Home Office.Entering/Approving time for payroll.Reading/Understanding provided documents for conversion to Microsoft Excel formatting.Assisting/Conducting new hire orientation material/information in a clear manner.Assisting with Driver Records and DOT documentation.Answering the telephone and emails.Ordering supplies.Identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.Assisting with vendor/sub-contractor WIP units.
