    TITLE: Senior Analyst, Omnichannel Integration EDI (onsite 4 days- North Dallas, Texas) Direct Hire Opportunity No Sponsorship Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite Our client is looking for a Sr. Analyst to play a critical role in keeping our omnichannel operations running smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on position will focus on maintaining and optimizing integrations across wholesale, retail, eCommerce, marketplaces, and 3PL partners, while helping to ensure seamless data flow throughout the business. Requirements: 4–6+ years of experience in systems integration, EDI management, or omnichannel operations. Solid background supporting ERP and WMS integrations. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Hands-on experience managing EDI transactions and onboarding trading partners. Preferred but not required: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Familiarity with Lanham EDI or other Business Central-integrated EDI solutions. Knowledge of marketplace and integration platforms (Rithum, Folio3, Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.). Understanding of APIs, XML/JSON, FTP/SFTP, and AS2 protocols. SQL experience for data analysis and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: Support and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and third-party logistics providers. Monitor order, inventory, and shipment data across all sales channels to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Troubleshoot and resolve EDI and integration issues that impact fulfillment, finance, and operations. Manage daily EDI transactions (including 850, 855, 856, 810, and 846) and assist with onboarding new trading partners. Work with integration and middleware platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Folio3, Celigo, Boomi, and similar tools. Participate in system testing, upgrades, and initiatives to expand omnichannel capabilities. Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data quality, and increase overall efficiency. Translate technical issues into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership. Maintain accurate documentation for all integration processes and EDI mappings. Partner closely with teams across IT, operations, logistics, sales, and finance.
