    Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every customer whom approaches the Grill area. Prepares food and pour drinks for customers. Handles all cash transactions accurately. Prepare Pizzas and Food for Birthday parties in the Waterpark. Attend to those events ensuring the best guest experience possible.

    Responsibilities:
    Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
    Prepares and pours all types of food and drink for customers and cocktail servers upon request.
    Processes all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately and presents customer with grill receipt.
    Must follow direction from Waterpark Grill Manager for basic principles and procedures of food preparation.
    Familiar with daily specials.
    Refill condiments at end of each shift. May be required to perform other shift closing tasks.
    Adhere to all Health Department rules and regulations.
    Certified in Serving Alcohol with Care.
    Adhere to ZMC Hotels Standards.
    Must be CPR certified, MSDS trained, and completed A WAIR program.
    Must perform any other required duties as requested by the General Manager to aid in better operation of the hotel, grill area, lounge, and service to the guests.
    Be flexible and adaptable to the changes that will occur to your job.
    Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc.

    Necessary Skills:
    Ability to work with people.
    Must be able communicate effectively by writing, telephone and personal meeting situations.
    Must have an outgoing personality.

    Physical Requirements:
    Stand/walk on feet for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment.

    Finger dexterity to type, to write, and work on a computer.
    Must speak in a clear, understandable voice and hear at a basic level, and understand English.
    Must be able to bend, stretch arms overhead and lift and/of carry up to 100 pounds

    Job Summary
    Do you consider yourself skilled in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems?
    We are looking for an individual that has an array of skills to do general maintenance at our hotel. We will keep you busy and if you prefer working on projects by yourself, this job is for you.

    Responsibilities:
    -Make sure all work orders are completed in a timely manner
    -Implement preventative maintenance programs for the property/equipment
    -Know and adhere to hotel/franchise and ZMC Hotels standards
    -Oversees all staff in maintenance department
    -Knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures
    -Tests and maintains water content of swimming pool and whirlpool in accordance with hotel/franchise standards and local Health Department Codes
    -Maintain parts and supplies inventory, advising General Manager on items needed
    -Inspects, maintains, and cleans outside grounds, including parking lot, curbs, and landscaping
    -Inspect and maintain elevators
    -Knowledge of OSHA procedures and training
    -Repair furniture and structures such as cabinets, tables, chairs, windows, bed frames, etc.
    -Does painting, touch-up painting, and finishing of furniture and building
    -Checks electrical systems such as refrigerator controls, phone systems, televisions, movie systems, key systems, HVAC units and lighting making repairs as necessary
    -Checks and makes repairs on general plumbing systems such as pipelines, toilets, tubs, sinks, whirlpools, and drains
    -Solicits bids from contractors, discuss with General Manager, and oversee any work done
    -Complete a weekly maintenance log
    -Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, fellow employees, and person
    -Maintain and test all life safety systems
    -Must be responsible for the security of guests, fellow employees, and hotel assets.

    Job Summary:
    Responsible for keeping the hotel clean and well stocked at all times. Daily responsibilities will vary with the
    needs of the hotel and may include but are not limited to stocking housekeeping carts, collecting and running
    laundry to and from housekeeping, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the hotel as well as completing any
    daily special tasks.
    Responsibilities:
    -Vacuum stairs and wipe down all railings
    -Sweep and hose down all outside hallways and sidewalks
    -Clean all glass exit doors
    -Sweep, mop and organize storage areas. Keep storage area doors closed at all times
    -Clean out all outside light fixtures, keep free from bugs
    -Keep all housekeeping carts free from dirty linen and trash and full of clean linen and supplies
    -Properly store and deliver all supplies to and from storage areas
    -Keep hallways free of cribs, roll-a-ways, irons, boards, dishes, trash etc. and reports room numbers of all
