    Position Description

    The HR Administrator supports core HR functions for Edge employees. This role is primarily administrative, focusing on payroll, benefits, and employee relations, with additional responsibilities in accounting support and recruiting.


    Primary Responsibilities

    Enter hours, commissions, and expenses for bi-weekly payroll and review for accuracySupport benefits administration including billing, reconciliation, and employee inquiriesSupport employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changesManage employee data within the HCM platformPull reports and support data analysis for HR and leadershipProvide backup support to accounting and recruiting functions as neededMonitor and respond to HR mailbox inquiries; organize and file external communications for referenceContribute to building a culture of service and enthusiasm at Edge.Other duties as assigned


    Requirements:

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in payrollExperience with HCM systems (ADP preferred)Ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguityStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsClear communicator with good judgment and awareness of toneProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    MSP Channel Account Manager

    Reports to: Vice President – Channel

    Location: Remote


    Company Description: Edge is a provider of premium networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed IT professional services.


    Position Description: Proactively identify, recruit, onboard and manage new selling partners, focusing on successful MSPs and IT equipment distributors from your established network. Directly support partners in closing deals to attain revenue and margin targets.


    Primary Responsibilities

    Recruit new channel partners to build your own channel team via networking and cold calls.Build and manage relationships with partners to optimize sales of all Edge solutions.Drive revenue of Edge Communications solutions through partner network.Serve as a liaison between the partner and the Edge Technical Sales Engineers to provide information needed for proposal creation.

    Other Responsibilities

    Be the primary point of contact for partners and their end-user customers.Leverage consultative sales approach to communicate the value of various solution options.Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services.Use the CRM to track targets, partners, and proposals through the entire sales process.Requirements:

    Required Skills & Experience

    6-10 years of success as a highly energetic sales hunter in the IT industry.Strong professional relationship base from which to draw for recruiting new partners.Technical sales experience with networking, network security, premise and cloud infrastructure, and other technologies.Account management expertise, professional customer service skills, and excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
