Assignment: Each assignment is a 12‑week engagement with the potential to transition into a long‑term role based on performance and interest. This position will provide coverage for DON, ADON, MDS Coordinator, Unit Manager, or other nursing leadership roles during leaves of absence or vacancies within the Rochester facilities. This individual organizes and oversees all nursing operations of the facility. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. There, all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients.
