    Role Description The Construction EHS Manager owns the EHS construction oversight program for a defined area while directly managing the team of contract construction EHS technicians who provide daily boots-on-the-ground coverage across active sites. You are accountable both for the strategy and for the execution. Accountable for pre-qualifying vendors, setting EHS expectations, holding contractors to agreement requirements, and mitigating risk across concurrent projects. Ensure techs are physically present on site every day, walking the work, catching hazards in real time, and enforcing the program. This is a remote role with regular travel to active construction sites. The ideal candidate is agile, strategic, and hands-on. Trustworthy with confidential information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in program or project management. 5+ years of experience in the construction, industrial, or process industry. Experience directly supervising or leading field EHS staff or safety technicians. Requirements Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other applicable EHS certifications (CIH, CHST, OHST, or similar). 10+ years of experience in EHS construction and subcontractor management. Experience working in operational data centers with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Demonstrated experience managing a distributed team of field safety technicians across multiple sites. Knowledge of safety program design and implementation. Understanding of construction program management, including basic construction agreements. Proven experience managing contractor safety and environmental compliance on multi-million dollar capital projects. Familiarity with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills; deadline-driven and detail-oriented.     The Opportunity

    EDC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a wide range of commercial construction projects

    across the United States. In this role, you will lead a project team comprising a Project Coordinator and

    Superintendent(s), ensuring the successful delivery of projects in sectors such as retail, self-storage,

    entertainment, and industrial. As a Senior Project Manager, you will leverage your commercial construction

    expertise to manage large-scale projects' complexities from start to finish.


    What You’ll Do

    Lead and oversee a project team, including a Project Coordinator and Superintendent(s), to ensure

    that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.

    Manage project financials: Track budgets, costs, and overall financial performance of each project. Collaborate with the preconstruction department during the pre-bid phase to help shape projectcscopes and timelines. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on timelines, budget status, and any adjustments or changes to the project. Utilize industry-standard tools such as Sage 300, GC Pay, and Procore to track project milestones, documentation, and communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, and maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:

    What We Expect from You

    5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, specifically in sectors like retail, self-storage, grocery, entertainment, or industrial. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with construction management software, such as Procore and Sage 300 (experience with similar tools is also acceptable). Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor project teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to strategize and implement solutions quickly. Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.

    The Opportunity

    EDC is seeking a traveling Superintendent to work on a wide scope of jobs around the United States.

    Superintendents oversee all phases of construction at the job site to ensure flawless execution within budget,

    schedule, and quality standards. This position will work closely with a project team that includes a Project

    Manager and a Project Coordinator. Travel is required.


    What You’ll Do

    Provide daily supervision, including on-site safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance. Conduct safety meetings and assume responsibility for overall site safety by ensuring all personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Communicate and document project progress with the project team and clients regularly. Manage subcontractors’ workmanship and construction site organization. Write and document daily progress on Procore. Read, have an in-depth understanding, and enforce project plans. Coordinate inspections. Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-5 week look-ahead schedule. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:

    What We Expect from You

    Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. 5+ years of experience working on out-of-the-ground projects, mixed-use, multi-family, retail, theatres, shopping centers, grocery, multi-story self-storage, etc. Computer skills, Procore knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs. Strong ability to demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing. Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods of time on various terrains, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have permanent authorization to work in the US.
