Key Responsibilities Actively mentor junior staff and support overall development of the team Attend project meetings and provide solutions to technical and administrative issues as necessary Interface with clients on a daily regular basis. Maintain and develop a client database. Basic ability to manage project budgets. Prepare change orders, invoices, and assist with collection efforts Scheduling, training and oversight of subordinate staff members Good ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. This role is responsible to ensure that all required tasks on a project from proposal to final invoice payment are completed either by themselves or by subordinates. The Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for the completion and overall success of the project. Senior Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for the client on their projects. The ideal candidate presents a positive customer service attitude and understanding of ECS Core Values. Key Responsibilities Manage water treatment/remediation projects end-to-end (proposal through delivery), owning scope, budget, schedule, safety, QA/QC, invoicing, and client coordination. Design and oversee groundwater and surface water treatment systems (temporary dewatering + permanent remedial), including engineering drawings/specs, cost estimates, and permitting. Perform hydrogeologic and fate/transport evaluations to support system design, and lead pilot testing, treatability studies, startups, installation oversight, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
