Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our global material logistics and warehouse operations. In this role, you will oversee all shipping, receiving, and material movement across multiple locations. You will champion inventory accuracy, drive continuous process improvements, and lead a high-performing logistics team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Logistics Management
Lead Operations: Manage daily receiving, storage, and shipping of components and finished goods.Optimize Space: Design warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and warehouse efficiency, while protecting critical materials.Streamline Inventory: Drive disciplined FIFO programs and utilize ABC logic to improve Inventory accuracy, by location, cost and volume.Mitigate Risk: Monitor inbound/outbound freight delays and communicate variances to key stakeholders.Freight & Delivery Performance
Control Costs: Manage relationships with 3PL providers and carriers to optimize freight expenses.Ensure OTD: Execute robust processes to consistently hit on-time delivery targets for all business units.Solve Root Causes: Analyze delivery misses daily and implement corrective actions for late shipments.Safety & Compliance
Enforce Safety: Oversee daily equipment check sheets and enforce corporate safety and security policies.Certify Operators: Ensure all forklift and pallet truck operators hold valid certifications and MVR registration.Maintain Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to IATA, IMDG, and hazardous materials shipping regulations.Leadership & Strategy
Build Teams: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel to drive a high-performing culture.Manage Budget: Develop departmental forecasts, monitor budgets, and drive cost-saving initiatives.Own Metrics: Establish and track KPIs including inventory accuracy, fulfillment rates, and warehouse efficiency.Drive Lean: Standardize the workplace by championing 6S ("A Place for Every Part").Qualifications
Education & Certifications
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Advanced: MBA or advanced degree preferred.Certification: APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) or equivalent preferred.Experience & Skills

Position Overview
The Senior Procurement Analyst leads strategic sourcing and supply assurance for electronic and mechanical components to support manufacturing and long-term business growth. This critical role manages executive-level relationships with key manufacturers and authorized distributors to secure allocation priority, negotiate long-term agreements, and mitigate supply risk.
By leveraging advanced demand analytics and total cost modeling, you will drive cost competitiveness, optimize inventory investment, and strengthen supplier performance. You will also partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to influence component strategy, technology alignment, and overall supply chain resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
Lead analytical support for supplier negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and strategic sourcing decisions.Manage executive-level relationships with manufacturers and distributors to secure allocation priority.Coordinate with Planning and Procurement to expedite materials, resolve late/short shipments, and maintain material availability against the Master Production Schedule (MPS).Monitor global semiconductor markets, lead times, allocations, and geopolitical risks to escalate and execute mitigation plans.Execute MRP purchase messages and maintain supply continuity for high-risk and high-value components.Risk Management, Compliance & Lifecycle Engineering
Partner with Engineering on part selection, de-risking constrained components, and ensuring New Product Development (NPD) readiness.Manage component obsolescence, last-time-buy (LTB) planning, and industrial longevity requirements for End-of-Life (EOL) notices.Ensure regulatory compliance across all sourcing activities, including RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, cybersecurity directives, and industrial safety standards.Data Analytics & Inventory Optimization
Segment global spend by commodity risk profiles, including long-lead, allocation-prone, and sole-source components.Maintain complete accuracy of item master and item branch data (lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, MOQs, and inventory attributes).Build and maintain data dashboards to monitor critical procurement KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and lead-time stability.Analyze historical trends, consumption patterns, customer orders, and supply constraints to turn large datasets into actionable procurement strategies.Qualifications & Competencies

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.MBA preferredExperience: 5–8+ years of experience in electronics or electromechanical procurement within an industrial manufacturing environment.Technical Skills
