A Downtown Dayton area industrial business is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with emphasis on Recruitment and Retention including staffing, safety training, worker's compensation program, EEO Policies, employee engagement and perform other administrative office duties.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a H.R. Generalist position in a factory or manufacturing environment, along with working knowledge of hiring practices, state and federal laws, safety regulations, Worker's Compensation, and Employee Relations.
Experience with a staffing agency a plus but not required.

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Janitorial position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment within our Food & Beverage laundry operations. This role supports compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards by ensuring production areas, equipment surroundings, and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
