About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. You'll work independently in a clean, quiet environment while helping customers and ensuring their garments receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with garment drop-off and pickupInspect, tag, and sort garments for processingAnswer phone calls and respond to customer inquiriesCreate and manage customer invoicesProcess payments and handle cash transactionsMaintain an organized and professional front counterAssist with training, social media, and other administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and strong customer service skillsReliable and punctualComfortable working independentlyStrong attention to detailBasic computer and phone skillsAbility to communicate professionally with customers
Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
