    Job Summary:

    The Director of Nursing will lead our medical care programs to meet the diverse needs of our residents with compassion and excellence. You'll oversee operations, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster positive relationships within the community. The Director of Nursing provides a vital link between all internal and external personnel involved in the medical care and treatment for the individuals served and is an important part of the Regional Leadership Team.


    Starting Salary: $93,600


    Responsibilities:

    Develop policies and procedures aligned with our mission and values.Manage daily operations of the Nursing Department, including staffing and communication.Plan, implement, and evaluate resident medical treatment programs.Supervise and develop nursing personnel, ensuring high-quality care.Coordinate external medical care and diagnostic services for residents.Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.Review and maintain accurate medical documentation and reports.Collaborate with the Leadership Team and represent the facility as needed.Assist with other duties, participate in committees, and assist with emergency operations as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    Associate’s Degree in Nursing and Ohio State Board of Nursing licensure required. BSN preferred.Prior experience in the Developmental Disability field or related field.Management experience in a nursing leadership role required.Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations for IDD individuals and healthcare facilities.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work professionally and compassionately with individuals with disabilities.Must hold a valid driver’s license, insurable drivers record according to the Echoing Hills Village insurance carriers, and have reliable transportation to travel for business meetings, community meetings, training events, vendors, and suppliers, etc.A demonstrated Christian background and a demonstrated ability to fulfill the mission and purpose of the Ministry.

    Job Summary:
    The Corporate Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support for the Corporate Office and leadership team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, families, donors, vendors, and community partners while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the Corporate Office. The Corporate Administrative Assistant supports organizational communication, meeting coordination, fundraising administration, office management, and a variety of special projects that help advance the mission of Echoing Hills.


    Responsibilities:

    Serve as the primary receptionist by greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, providing campus tours, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests.Provide administrative and clerical support for the Corporate Office and leadership team, including preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documents.Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, arrange travel, and assist with meeting logistics, including agendas, minutes, catering, and room setup.Support the Development Department by processing donations within Bloomerang, preparing donor acknowledgements, generating reports, and assisting with fundraising administration in accordance with organizational procedures and nonprofit best practices.Assist with state charitable solicitation registrations by coordinating required documentation, working with external vendors, and managing related invoicing.Maintain office supply inventory, coordinate mail services, and support the overall organization and efficiency of the Corporate Office.Serve as a liaison between individuals contacting the Corporate Office and the appropriate departments or leadership team members.Participate in Ministry fundraising events, committees, emergency operations, and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) who exemplifies the Fruit of the Spirit in their interactions with individuals served, families, co-workers, volunteers, and all stakeholders. The DSP will play a vital role in providing person-centered support, assistance, and companionship to our clients. By fostering an environment of respect, kindness, patience, and love, the DSP will help individuals reach their full potential and live meaningful lives.


    Responsibilities:

    Person-Centered Care: Provide individualized support to clients based on their unique needs, preferences, and goals.Daily Living Assistance: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, while promoting independence and dignity.Emotional Support: Cultivate a compassionate and understanding environment, actively listening to clients' concerns, and providing emotional support when needed.Companionship: Engage in meaningful interactions, conversation, and recreational activities with clients, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.Medication Management: Ensure clients adhere to prescribed medication regimens, accurately document administration, and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.Safety and Well-being: Maintain a safe environment for clients, follow established protocols, and promptly report any incidents or emergencies.Documentation: Complete accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and any relevant incidents or observations.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, family members, and other support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices, participate in training and development opportunities, and apply acquired knowledge and skills to enhance client care.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar caregiving role is highly desirableStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamEmpathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of othersReliable and responsible with excellent time management skillsFlexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededValid driver's license and reliable transportation
