    EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values collaboration, flexibility, and quality clinical care. We offer a competitive pay rate with access to benefits and a supportive work environment. Position is full-time but part-time is also considered.

    Qualified applicant will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed, supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers, participate in team meetings and contribute to program development, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making

    Qualifications:


    Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure

    We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician to join our team! As part of our behavioral team, you will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the Behavior Analyst with clinical assessments as needed.
