    Store QSR Manager 

    The Store QSR Manager oversees the daily operations of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business within an Eataly store, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experience across all QSR concepts. This role provides hands-on leadership by driving operational execution, developing managers and team members, and ensuring company standards are consistently achieved. The Store QSR Manager reports to the Store Director and partners to execute business priorities while collaborating with Retail, Culinary, and Full-Service Restaurant leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience. 

    Job Responsibilities 

    Oversees the day-to-day operations of all Quick Service Restaurant concepts, ensuring operational standards, guest service expectations, and financial objectives are consistently achieved. 

    Executes QSR business plans, merchandising initiatives, promotional programs, and operational priorities established by store and company leadership. 

    Leads, coaches, and develops Management, Service Leads, and frontline team members, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous development. 

    Builds a high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning. 

    Monitors sales, labor, cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory, waste, and productivity metrics, implementing action plans to improve operational and financial performance. 

    Oversees labor planning and scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels while balancing guest service and labor efficiency. 

    Ensures all QSR concepts consistently deliver exceptional hospitality, food quality, beverage quality, speed of service, and operational consistency. 

    Oversees inventory management, ordering, receiving, and product replenishment while maintaining appropriate stock levels and minimizing waste. 

    Ensures compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health, safety, and regulatory standards across QSR operations. 

    Collaborates with Retail, Culinary, Restaurant, Warehouse, Facilities, and Marketing leadership to support store-wide initiatives and deliver an integrated guest experience. 

    Reviews operational and financial performance with the Store Director and develops action plans to improve departmental results. 

    Responds to guest concerns and employee relations matters promptly, partnering with Human Resources and the Store Director when appropriate. 

    Serves as the senior QSR leader on duty, providing operational direction and support during daily business and peak operating periods. 

    Performs other duties as required or assigned. 

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree preferred. 

    5+ years of progressive management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced quick service, café, or counter-service environment. 

    Experience leading multiple service areas through a team of supervisors or managers. 

    Strong understanding of labor management, food cost controls, inventory management, and operational performance metrics. 

    Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and team development skills. 

    Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. 

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail Point of Sale systems. 

    Experience and knowledge of coffee, espresso equipment, and beverage production. 

    Experience with Italian food products and wine preferred. 

    Job Requirements 

    Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

    Availability to travel up to 10% of the time. 

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 

    Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move continuously for up to 8 hours. 

    Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machines, drink blenders, juicers, and cash registers. 

    Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually

    Store Retail Manager 

    The Store Retail Manager oversees the daily retail operations of an Eataly store, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience across all retail departments. This role provides hands-on leadership for the retail business by driving operational execution, developing managers, and ensuring company standards are consistently achieved. The Store Retail Manager reports to the Store Director and partners to execute business priorities and support overall store performance. 

    Job Responsibilities 

    Oversees the day-to-day retail operations of the store, ensuring departmental goals, operational standards, and financial objectives are achieved. 

    Executes retail business plans and operational initiatives established by store and company leadership to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. 

    Leads, coaches, and develops direct reports while fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. 

    Partners with department managers to coordinate daily operations, resolve operational challenges, and strengthen collaboration across the store. 

    Monitors sales, labor, inventory, shrink, and margin performance, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions to improve results. 

    Ensures merchandising, promotional programs, pricing, inventory management, and product assortment plans are executed consistently and in accordance with company standards. 

    Maintains high standards of food safety, sanitation, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance throughout all retail departments. 

    Collaborates with Culinary, Restaurant, Warehouse, Facilities, Marketing, and Human Resources teams to support overall store performance and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

    A Front End Sales Associate/Cashier handles payments and ensures accurate accounting of all transactions, collections and disbursements. Reports to the Retail General Manager and Grocery Manager.

    Collects cash, checks or charge payments from guests and provides change and charge vouchers if appropriate  Verifies accuracy of cash bank by counting cash, checks and charge payments at end of shiftObtains and reviews information regarding price changesVerifies employee discounts, returns, exchanges and voids with the assistance of the manager or shift leadReturns carts and baskets to their central distribution areas, takes back go-backs/damages, fixes displays, helps restock, and supports team membersPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualifications

    Basic math and cash-handling skillsBasic knowledge of the functions of cash registersHigh school graduate or equivalent preferred

    Job Requirements

    Ability to remain stationary for periods of up to 8 hoursAbility to bend and stoop on occasionAbility to escort guests to other parts of the facility as circumstances dictate

    Compensation: This position pays a base rate of $17 per hour.

    A Warehouse Associate assists the Warehouse Lead with the day-to-day operations of the department to align with Eataly’s targets, mission and policies. A Warehouse Associate ensures accuracy of all deliveries to the warehouse entrance and maintains overall efficient performance. Reports to the Warehouse Lead and Operations Manager.
