    FLSA: Exempt (40 hrs/week)
    Reports to: Executive Director & COOOverviewOversees daily operations of a 13-bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) for children 12 and under, ensuring high-quality care, staff supervision, and compliance with regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and evaluate Assistant Administrator, Nursing & Clinical Supervisors.Ensure treatment quality and crisis prevention training.Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility policies.Oversee scheduling, payroll verification, and emergency support.Manage budgets, billing, and insurance coordination.Monitor medication administration, seclusion/restraint policies, and safety drills.Develop community partnerships and represent CCS in meetings.Handle grievances, staff training, and ensure proper documentation.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in a healthcare-related field.Experience: 5+ years in healthcare, supervising at least 15 employees.Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, crisis intervention, and regulatory compliance knowledge.Other: Must pass background checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet auto insurance requirements.Work EnvironmentOffice and community settings; occasional travel required.
