The Customer Service Representative/Order Entry role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers throughout the order process. This position is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and customer requests efficiently. By acting as the primary point of contact, the representative supports both the sales and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities
Process payroll using industry-leading software such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Perform data entry for employee hours, wages, benefits, deductions, and tax information with meticulous attention to detail.Reconcile payroll accounts through general ledger accounting practices, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and double entry bookkeeping.Manage benefits administration tasks related to payroll deductions and contributions while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.Maintain comprehensive records of payroll transactions, including accounts payable and receivable activities related to employee compensation.Collaborate with HRIS systems like Kronos or PeopleSoft to update employee information and generate reports for management review.Assist with governmental accounting requirements such as tax filings, reporting obligations, and audit preparations related to payroll.Skills
Proficiency in payroll management software such as ADP, Work Force Now is essential.Experience in Transportation strongly preferred.Strong understanding of accounting principles including debits & credits, general ledger reconciliation, and journal entries.Excellent analysis skills for reviewing payroll data accuracy and identifying discrepancies promptly.Familiarity with tax regulations, governmental accounting standards, and non-profit or corporate accounting practices.Exceptional data entry skills including 10 key typing accuracy and attention to detail in bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable and account reconciliation.
