Direct daily operations and manage project timelinesCreation and execution of the scope of workManaging material and labor costsOrdering/tracking of all tradesMaintain relationships with all sub-contractors/vendors/ tradesPrice/cost negotiations and budget analysisOversee general contractors, vendors and subsAbility to make repairs; necessary knowledge of general maintenanceComputer ability to review vendor accounts and approve for accuracyReview billing from vendors, charge cards.
