As the Director of Maintenance, you’ll help us achieve our mission of providing Care Beyond Compare by ensuring our healthcare center is safe, well-maintained, and ready to serve our patients and residents. What You'll Do
Oversee general facility maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, minor repairs, and electrical work.
Ensure preventative maintenance is routinely performed on all equipment / systems.
Ensure work orders are properly prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
Ensure the facility remains in compliance with all Department of Health and Life Safety Code requirements as well as any federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide management of facility maintenance staff including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operations.
Respond to facility fire and disaster situations immediately and assist per emergency plans.

What You Need

What You'll Do
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established schedules and procedures.
Dust, wipe, and disinfect furniture, fixtures, surfaces, and high-touch areas throughout the facility.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned areas on a daily basis.
