Front Desk & Customer Experience Team Member

Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a professional, engaging, and high-energy individual to be the welcoming face of our studio. You’ll help create a positive experience for every dancer and family from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming clients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitudeAssisting new and current clients with registration and schedulingManaging client information within our scheduling systemAnswering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional mannerAssisting families with questions, concerns, and general studio needsCoordinating scheduling and future lessons with instructorsProcessing payments and assisting with online account managementCreating fun and engaging weekly emails and newslettersHelping solve problems independently and finding solutions when challenges ariseSupporting studio staff and instructors with day-to-day administrative needsAssisting with various office and studio projects as needed

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious customer service experience preferredFront desk or reception experience is a plusExperience with scheduling systems and payment processing is helpfulDance studio or similar service-based business experience is a bonus
Hours
Mondays-Fridays
2:30 PM–6:30 PM
