Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mechanical work, with a strong background in industrial Sheetmetal. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in plumbing is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and installation techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
