Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mechanical work, with a strong background in industrial Sheetmetal. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in plumbing is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Must be able to work independently, and be able to solve small problem situations that occur during normal coordination with other trades. Should be professional at all times.
