Job Description: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Field Technician Level I. This is the first of three levels of field service technician work. As a Field Technician Level I, you will be responsible for troubleshooting simple technical issues under the guidance and direction of more experienced staff. Work assignments are varied but limited in scope and complexity. In this role, you will assist with the installation, servicing, and repair of equipment at customer locations, requiring local and long-distance travel.
Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve simple technical issues related to Eaglestone products and systems at customer sites.Conduct simple troubleshooting to diagnose mechanical, electronic, or other specialized problems and develop effective solutions.Handle on-site tasks under the direction of more experienced staff, including assisting with installation, routine maintenance, and equipment repairs. Assist with the physical handling, lifting, and maintaining of equipment or the testing operations of systems on-site. Assist in assembling and building conveyor systems and other Eaglestone equipment in the shop when not deployed on-site.Maintain accurate records of all activities, including service reports, inventory, and proper documentation.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.Work closely as part of a team to collaborate and come up with solutions to customer problems.Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures continuing to promote the Company's culture of providing a safe work environment Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards all colleagues, members of Management, and customers.Ability to work on other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.Skills/Requirements:
Some experience as a Field Technician or similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering field.Foundational technical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting simple mechanical or electronic systems. Ability to work effectively under direction and supervision while learning to make sound decisions in a fast-paced on-site environment. Effective communication skills to interact professionally with customers and Team Members. Detail oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as required.Highschool Diploma or GEDReliable transportation to and from work and customer sites.Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00
Ability for some overtime throughout the year depending on business needs.Paid weekly in arrears each Friday.Benefits:

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assembler II who specializes in custom conveyor manufacturing and conveyance solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly, fitting, and alignment of complex conveyor components and custom material-handling equipment. You will need to be able to interpret blueprints, follow detailed engineering schematics, and possess a thorough understanding of our conveyor materials, components, and tracking systems. You will receive limited supervision and may assist in training or guiding entry-level assemblers.
Responsibilities:
Read, interpret, and work directly from blueprints, engineering schematics, and assembly drawings related to custom conveyor machinery.Mechanically assemble, fit, and align conveyor frames, bed sections, drives, pulleys, shafts, and tracking mechanisms to exact tolerances.Mount and integrate mechanical and pneumatic conveyor components, including gearboxes, motors, bearings, air cylinders, and guiding systems.Assist in rolling, splicing, tracking, and tensioning various types of conveyor belting (e.g., plastic modular, fabric, wire mesh, or roller chain).Monitor the assembly process to ensure parts fit precisely and components are free from warping, binding, distortion, or misalignment.Collect necessary tools, hardware, and materials to plan the assembly sequence using provided production instructions and specifications.Clean, maintain, and safely operate shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools while keeping the assembly work area organized.Notify supervisors immediately when faulty components, machining errors, or defective materials are discovered.Help train, guide, and assist entry-level Assemblers to ensure quality standards are met.Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures, continuing to promote the Company's culture of a safe work environment.Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards all colleagues, members of Management, and customers.Occasionally travel to job sites to assist with installation or customer concerns. Organizing, packaging, palletizing and crafting of completed products for shipments. Ability to work on other production or shop duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.Skills/Requirements:
3-4 years experience as a machine builder or similar role, preferably in a technical or machining field. 3-4 years of technical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting simple systems. Ability to work with little supervision and make sound decisions in a fast-paced on-site environment. Knowledge of pneumatics, belt systems, motors and other industrial equipment mechanisms that are essential for the job procedures.Proven track record of problem solving and reacting to complex conveyor challenges.Effective communication skills to interact with customers and Team Members. Detail oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as required.Reliable transportation to and from work and customer sites. Valid driver's license.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00

Job Description: We are seeking a highly talented and expert Welder III who has proven, extensive experience with industrial and construction equipment. You will be responsible for performing unusual and difficult horizontal and vertical welding operations on a broad range of metals and alloys to produce a wide variety of large and complex units with high strength and pressure requirements. You will need to be able to expertly interpret blueprints, plan complex welding sequences, and deeply understand our conveyor materials and products.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and detailed repair drawings related to equipment and machinery.Plan welding sequences, select electrode type and size, current, and voltage to achieve proper penetration and fusion of dissimilar metals.Align parts to exacting tolerances and secure welds of maximum strength with minimum distortion, often working in confined areas.Repairs and fabricates various complex items and equipment using cutting, burning, and welding techniques and equipment.Monitors the welding, burning, and fitting process to ensure parts are not overheated or damaged by warping, distortion, expansion, or shrinkage.Instruct, direct, train, and assist lower graded and entry-level welders.Prepares, assembles, and tacks weld parts and surfaces to be welded.Maintained, organized, and cleans equipment and the work area.Notifies supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered.Travel to job sites to assist with advanced installation or complex customer concerns.Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures continuing to promote the Company's culture of providing a safe work environment.Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards all colleagues, members of Management, and customers.Ability to work on other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.Skills/Requirements:
