You’ll help Priority List Members overcome house sale and moving challenges, convert opportunities into community reservations, and build relationships with local moving professionals.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $63,000 per year

Conduct site visits to customers’ homes to develop plans for selling, staging, downsizing, packing, and moving.Contact Priority List members and reservists daily through site visits or phone calls to advance their home sale process.Utilize social work skills to assist residents and families with downsizing, manage emotions, and provide empathetic support.Collaborate with real estate agents to review and consult on marketing plans for customers.Advise customers on home staging and space planning during visits, including what to keep or leave behind.Provide the sales director and team with key customer information that could affect settlements and move-ins.Lead seminars and workshops for Priority List members and reservists.Stay informed about real estate market trends and pricing to offer accurate recommendations to customers.Build and maintain a network of preferred vendors, including real estate agents and home movers.What you will need
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience requiredReal Estate industry experience is preferredSenior living industry experience preferredKnowledge of sales techniques is preferredTeam leader or project leader experience preferredPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. Facilitate structured and impromptu programs for residents in common areas and rooms using independent judgmentEscort residents on group trips and excursions, ensuring their safetyCollaborate with team members, management, and volunteers to deliver engaging programs and activitiesMonitor and report changes in residents’ needs and preferences to the Programming ManagerManage program supplies and equipment, ensuring functionality and safetyParticipate in team discussions on programming, schedules, and resident issuesPrepare and implement activity programs based on the Program Manager’s guidanceLead and set up both group and individual activities, motivating and assisting participantsWhat you will need
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the geriatric population or in related professional fields (e.g., educators, social workers, rehab professionals); education may substitute for experienceMinimum of 1 year of experience as an Activities Assistant in a licensed health care facility or related experience through college coursework and internships is preferredExperience leading groups with varying levels of physical and cognitive independence is preferredFlexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings, is requiredPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
