We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients.Perform annual wellness exams, physicals, and routine follow-up visits.Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging.Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient care.Qualifications
Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license.Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP).DEA registration or ability to obtain.Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Adult Medicine preferred.Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.Why Join Our Team?
