    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Eagle Transmission West Plano is looking for a skilled Transmission Builder to join our team in Plano, TX! This is a hands-on role where your expertise will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers back on the road. If you're passionate about precision craftsmanship and drivetrain systems, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:Disassemble, inspect, rebuild, and reassemble automatic and manual transmissionsDiagnose transmission failures and identify worn or damaged componentsMeasure and fit transmission parts to manufacturer specifications using precision toolsReplace seals, gaskets, clutch packs, bands, and other internal components as neededPerform torque converter inspection and reconditioningMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the rebuild areaDocument repair procedures and parts usage accuratelyRequirements:Proven experience in transmission rebuilding or drivetrain repairStrong knowledge of automatic and manual transmission systemsProficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environmentASE certification or equivalent experience is a plusAbout Us:Eagle Transmission West Plano has built a strong reputation in the Plano, TX area as a trusted specialist in transmission repair and rebuilding.
