Eagle Maids is seeking a highly experienced Senior House Cleaner with 5+ years of residential cleaning experience to help set the standard for excellence in our team. Key Responsibilities:Perform expert-level residential cleaning services that meet and exceed Eagle Maids' high standards.Deliver a warm, consistent, and professional customer experience every time. Build and maintain long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.Support a culture of quality by sharing best practices and helping newer team members when needed. Communicate client preferences, special requests, or concerns to the team clearly and proactively.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:5+ years of experience in residential house cleaning.Deep knowledge of effective cleaning methods, tools, and materials.Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
Physical & Work Requirements:Ability to lift 25-30 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.Comfortable working in diverse home settings.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
