    Job Overview: Eagle Equipment Service 1, CORP. is looking for a skilled Field Service Technician with a strong mechanical and technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial electrical systems, hydraulic systems, welding, and diesel or industrial machines. This full-time position requires working independently, providing excellent customer service, and handling on-call duties every other week.

    Schedule and Shift: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), with occasional overtime as required based on business needs. On-call required every other week.

    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    Comprehend and work with industrial electrical systems (240V/480V motor sets – 1/3 phase) and 120V control wiring.Utilize strong mechanical and technical skills with a mechanic's background.Understand and work with hydraulic systems consisting of hydraulic fluid tanks, cylinders, hoses, relief & directional valves (seal & replace cylinders) up to 3000psi or less.Perform MIG & stick welding and light fabrication as needed.Read and comprehend schematics.Work with PLCs.Handle and repair diesel or industrial machines.Maintain a good driving record and qualify for a DOT license (Class A or CDL not required).Be willing to work overtime as needed (40-50 hours a week).Be on-call every other week.Pay attention to detail and provide strong customer service.Work independently with little supervision and as part of a team.Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor elements.Qualifications:

    Ability to comprehend industrial electrical systems and control wiring.Strong mechanical and technical skills with a mechanic's background.Basic understanding of hydraulic systems up to 3000psi.Knowledge of MIG & stick welding and light fabrication preferred.Ability to read and comprehend schematics.Prior experience with PLCs.Experience working with diesel or industrial machines.Good driving record and qualification for a DOT license.Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as required.Strong customer service skills.Ability to work independently and with a team.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor elements.Additional Information: Eagle Equipment Service 1, CORP. offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
