    Manage, lead and control employee activities of all company warehouse requirements for AM & PM personnel needs, records & assignments.Responsible for all scheduling, evaluating, hiring and terminating warehouse personnel.Ensure all personnel is trained and help develop the skills for all employees on each shift; i.e. picking & loading pallets swiftly and accurately and is performed in an efficient manner.Responsible for team dispatching trucks each morning and check up at the end of drivers' day.Take precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss.Retain & review warehouse documents & reports.Perform warehouse work relating to shipments, storage, distribution of any items purchased for the building; i.e. janitorial, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, etc.Daily maintenance of equipment and the required records.Staging loads and placing pallets on trucks according to delivery or routing document instructions.Responsible for Anheuser-Busch CEW product handling, rotation quality control, handling of breakage and order all repack material.Responsible for all recycling activities.Operates a hand truck, forklift, or other heavy equipment when needed.Loading/unloading of all route trucks.Verifying return loads and ending inventory for drivers & salesmen at check in.Verify and process all inventory items returning to pick locations.Daily opening of warehouse and also securing all equipment, activate security and lock up facility upon departure.Maintain weekly & end of month pallet and cooperage reports by company in the Route Accounting System.Qualifications
    Must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license and safe driving recordHighly self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to set priorities and be attentive to detailsGood math skillsAbility and willingness to work flexible hoursAbility to work in a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skillsWork Experience Requirements
    Prior warehousing preferredForklift Operator Certification & CDL license within 6 months of becoming warehouse manager.Education Requirements

As a Delivery Supervisor, you will be a part of a team of supervisors who work together to motivate and empower delivery team members to be their best while servicing retail beverage needs throughout NW Louisiana. This position offers the unique opportunity to blend management, dispatch, driving and customer service skills.

    Position Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)


    Supervising a team of 8-15 direct-reports.Coaching direct-reports in company and industry standards and processes.Educating direct-reports on safety values and state and federal rules.Utilizing department data and KPIs to manage processes and implement disciplinary action.Assisting inDelivering product to customer (including filling in for route drivers as necessary).Stocking product in each account.Ensuring product freshness standards through proper rotation of products.Some merchandising activities.Position Requirements


    Valid Louisiana Class A CDL.Ability and willingness to work flexible/extended hours.Strong customer service skills.Strong communication skills.Must be at least 21 years old.Physical Requirements (include but are not limited to)


    RepetitiveBending,Lifting up to 50-70 lbs.RepetitivePulling/pushing up to 250 pounds on a hand truck.Pulling/pushing up to 1,500 pounds on a retail Uboat.It Would Be Great If You Also Have


    Bachelor's degree in leadership, management, supply chain or a related field.Retail delivery experience.LTL delivery experience.Education Requirements


    High school diploma or GED certificate required.Class A CDL required.
