Quality Assurance Technician – Precast Concrete ManufacturingEZ-CRETE
The ideal candidate for this role will perform a wide range of quality assurance and technical duties in an industrial precast concrete manufacturing environment. ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Testing
Test and evaluate all in-house concrete mix designs on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with established specifications and industry standardsPerform pre- and post-pour inspections on all molds, documenting findings and flagging non-conformanceBreak concrete cylinders and conduct slump, air, and unit weight tests in accordance with ACI and ASTM standardsMeasure moisture content in aggregates and adjust mix designs accordinglyMonitor and verify product quality throughout the production process, identifying deviations from specification in real timeData Analysis & Reporting
Record, organize, and maintain accurate QA data across structured spreadsheets and tracking tools (Excel or equivalent)Build and maintain data logs, trend reports, and dashboards to monitor key quality metrics over timeTranslate raw field and lab data into clear, actionable reports for production supervisors and managementIdentify patterns and anomalies in test data to proactively flag potential quality risks before they impact productionAssist in developing and refining data collection templates and standardized reporting formatsProblem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
