Position Summary
The Office Administrator / Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and visitors. This role is essential in maintaining the professional image of our company and supporting the day-to-day operations of our construction office. Key Responsibilities

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction administration, project documentation, subcontractor coordination, and accounting processes. This individual will serve as a key point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project coordination experience, with 10+ years preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Position Summary
The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all onsite construction activities, ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring approximately 15 years of field experience in commercial construction (including concrete tilt wall construction experience), with a proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, and maintain a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities
· Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel
· Maintain project schedule by managing daily field operations and resolving issues promptly
· Enforce safety protocols and ensure job site compliance with OSHA and company standards
· Conduct daily walkthroughs and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
· Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, field logs, and progress photos
· Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling, sequencing, and constructability

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) commercial construction and tilt wall
· Proven track record managing mid-to-large scale commercial projects from mobilization to closeout
· Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and submittal processes
· Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and field teams
· Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid, or similar)
· OSHA 30 Certification preferred
· CPR/First Aid certification preferred
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Conditions
· Full-time, onsite presence required for the duration of the project
· Fast-paced, physically active construction site environment
· May require early mornings, overtime, or weekend work depending on project schedule
Compensation
· Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000, based on experience and work history
