Job Summary:
Set up, operate, and monitor a Hydromat transfer machine (multiple machining stations connected by transfer mechanisms) to safely and consistently produce metal parts to print, performing operations such as drilling, boring, tapping, and milling. This role is available on Day or Night shift; hours and shift assignment will be discussed during screening based on business needs and candidate preference.Key Responsibilities

Basler Co. is seeking CNC Machinists to join our day and night shift teams. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC lathes to produce precision metal components that meet quality, safety, and production standards.
This is a hands-on machining position for someone with at least 1 year of CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn, improve, and work as part of a team.
What You’ll Do
Set up and operate CNC single- and multi-spindle lathes Load bar stock and parts using bar feeders and manual loading methods Perform machining operations such as drilling, boring, tapping, reaming, and milling Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain part specifications and tight tolerances Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools Complete required production and quality documentation accurately Replace or adjust worn tooling as needed Maintain coolant levels and support basic machine upkeep Package, label, and move finished parts as needed Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles Work with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to support production goals and continuous improvement
