  University degree in the field of computer science or information systems and 6-8 years related work experience.
  Certification in Dynamics NAV, preferably:
  
  Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 or later C/SIDE Development
  
  
  Education and/or certifications with significant experience in SDLC and project management are desired.
  Certifications Microsoft SQL server, MCSE, MCAD, MCSD, MCPD or similar a plus.
  
  
  

  Knowledge & Experience

  
  
  
  In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferred.
  Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  Extensive Programming Knowledge Microsoft Dynamics Nav. 2018/2013 or D365 BC projects
  C#, C/AL, VSCode and .NET knowledge is a must and min 5+ years coding experience
  Experience developing for both Classic and Web Client in Agile and Waterfall methods
  Extensive experience in Nav Report developments, Integrations, SQL Developments
  SQL setup and configuration for NAV 2013 or higher
  Dynamics NAV Web Services and APIs
  HTML 5, JSON Experience, VSTS and GIT Source code control
  Dynamics NAV 2018 experience/Dynamics NAV 2018 Extensions
  Experience with JetReports and Targit Business Intelligence Suite applications a plus.
  Experience in working with ANSI X12 EDI transactions and EDI Mapping a plus.
  Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  Proven experience with technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
  Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.
  Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
  Proven ability to prepare project templates for requirements gathering, design workshops, Development Specifications, Test Scripts, etc.

  Responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of CRM systems, including integration with other systems. Provides relevant data reports that will be used to analyze and support business-wide decisions.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  

  
  
  
  Responsible for the support, audit and improvement of the Bank s cloud-based CRM systems.
  Designs, develops and maintains integrations between CRM and other systems.
  Acts as a liaison between affected departments and/or outside system vendors.
  Prepares statistical data and develops reports using available data.
  Provides system users with technical support and communicates system changes and deadlines.
  Documents processes and suggests and implements improvements to existing processes.
  Develops and implements new processes when applicable.

  Minimum Job Requirements
  
  

  
  
  
  High School diploma or GED
  BA/BS degree in relevant field of study preferred.
  5+ years experience in System Administration
  3+ years experience with design and implementation of Oracle Sales or Service Cloud.
  Experience with design and creation of integration between cloud-based CRM systems and non-cloud-based applications. (Oracle Engagement Cloud/Sales Cloud and Eloqua is highly desirable.)
  3+ years experience developing Restful API and XML-based web services interfaces. (SOAP and WSDL)
  3+ years experience with scripting using java/groovy, power shell and SQL.Deep understanding of CRM systems and data, both sales and service components
  Ability to design and run relevant, complex and understandable reports
  Very strong analytical skills.
  Ability to make clear recommendations and decisions.
