Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under direction of nurse case manager and office staffAssist in the transport of patients (if client needs a driver)Provide companionship and basic care to patientsMaintain a clean and healthy environmentAssisting in ADL's such as: Feeding, Dressing, Bathing, Grooming, and other personal care requirements.Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with patientsCompassionate and caring demeanorFamiliarity with medical terminologyAbility to work well in teamsRequirements:
