Technology, AI & Process Improvement Specialist
DynaFlex is seeking a Technology, AI & Process Improvement Specialist to support workflow improvement, process documentation, automation, artificial intelligence implementation, and technology projects across the organization. This role will work closely with leadership and department teams to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, consistency, decision-making, and scalability.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional position. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with people across different departments. This role is not limited to one area of the business and may support projects involving production, digital workflows, administrative processes, reporting, equipment setup, software tools, AI-supported solutions, automation, and day-to-day operational improvements.
The successful candidate should have a strong working knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and their practical application in a business environment.
