As a Dental Sleep Medicine Sales Representative, you will help dental and medical professionals grow their practices while improving patient health outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Generate new business opportunities by connecting with dental practices, physicians, universities, and healthcare providersBuild long-term consulting relationships with clients to recommend the best products and solutions for their practicesManage and grow a defined sales territory while identifying new opportunities for expansionTrack leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity through our CRM platformTravel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel and some weekends for regional meetings, conferences, and training eventsAchieve and exceed mutually agreed-upon sales goals and performance metricsMaintain expert-level knowledge of DynaFlex products, services, and innovations within dental sleep medicine


    Qualifications

    This is a hands-on, cross-functional position. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with people across different departments. This role is not limited to one area of the business and may support projects involving production, digital workflows, administrative processes, reporting, equipment setup, software tools, AI-supported solutions, automation, and day-to-day operational improvements.

    The successful candidate should have a strong working knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and their practical application in a business environment. This includes the ability to identify where AI can reduce manual work, improve visibility, support better decision-making, enhance documentation, streamline communication, and improve operational consistency.

    Key Responsibilities

    Observe, document, and analyze workflows across multiple departments.Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplicate work, repetitive manual processes, and opportunities for automation or AI-supported improvement.Assist with developing and implementing process improvements that reduce time, improve accuracy, increase consistency, and support scalability.Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of AI tools, automation platforms, software systems, integrations, dashboards, and other business technology solutions.Identify practical use cases for artificial intelligence across the organization, including process documentation, reporting, data analysis, training support, workflow automation, knowledge management, customer service support, and administrative efficiency.Help translate department needs into clear project requirements, process maps, workflow documentation, AI use cases, automation plans, or improvement recommendations.Work with department leaders and team members to understand day-to-day challenges and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and refining new tools, workflows, systems, AI-supported processes, or equipment-related process changes.Support the responsible use of AI by helping evaluate accuracy, usability, data privacy considerations, workflow fit, and employee adoption.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, software partners, or outside development partners when technical support, custom builds, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions are needed.Create instructions, training materials, standard operating procedures, AI usage guides, workflow documentation, or other resources to support implementation and adoption.Support training and change management when new processes, tools, systems, automation, or AI-supported solutions are introduced.Maintain a list of improvement opportunities and help track project progress, outcomes, adoption, and business impact.Measure the impact of improvements, including time savings, reduced errors, improved visibility, increased efficiency, improved consistency, or better access to information.Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, challenges, completed improvements, AI implementation opportunities, and measurable results.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations Management, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.Experience in process improvement, business systems, technology implementation, automation, AI implementation, project coordination, operations, or a related role preferred.High level of knowledge and practical experience using artificial intelligence tools in a business setting.Experience identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI-supported solutions to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, organize information, support decision-making, or improve operational efficiency.Comfortable learning and using software tools, workflow systems, automation platforms, AI tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and business technology solutions.Strong understanding of how AI can be applied responsibly and effectively in day-to-day business operations.Ability to assess AI tools for practical business use, including accuracy, ease of use, process fit, security considerations, and adoption needs.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Ability to break down complex workflows into clear, actionable steps.Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members.Ability to explain technology, automation, and AI-supported solutions in a clear and approachable way.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow through on details.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.Strong curiosity and desire to improve how things work.Experience with manufacturing, lab, production, dental, medical device, healthcare, or technical service environments is a plus.Experience working with vendors, consultants, developers, software partners, automation tools, or AI platforms is a plus.

    Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams work more efficiently. They are comfortable asking questions, observing how work is actually performed, and turning feedback into practical improvements. They do not need to be a software developer, but they should be highly confident using technology and artificial intelligence tools and able to help connect business needs with practical technology-based and AI-supported solutions.

    This person should be able to recognize where AI can add value, where it may not be appropriate, and how to implement AI in a way that is useful, responsible, and easy for employees to adopt. They should be comfortable experimenting with tools, learning new systems, training others, and helping departments use technology to work smarter.

    Physical & Safety Requirements

    Ability to sit, stand, walk, and observe workflows in office, lab, production, and administrative environments for extended periods.

    Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds when assisting with equipment setup, technology installation, workstation changes, or process improvement projects.
