    Summary:
    The Inventory Control/Buyer position will use their skills and experience with industrial products, sourcing and purchasing processes will ensure product availability from optimal sources, accurate inventories, and world-class service levels as we provide industrial distribution service support to our customers.     We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our industrial pumps, water treatment, and process instrumentation business within an assigned territory. This position is responsible for developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and providing technical solutions for industrial and commercial water systems.

    The successful candidate will work directly with end users, OEMs, contractors, engineering firms, municipalities, and distribution partners to specify and sell pumps, controllers, chemical feed systems, metering equipment, sensors, flow measurement products, and related technologies.

    This is a field-based sales position requiring a consultative approach focused on solving customer challenges, improving system performance, and delivering long-term value.

    Outside Sales Representative – Fresno, California

    Create and close sales opportunities within the industrial water treatment market.

    Grow existing customer accounts and increase sales volume.Develop new business through prospecting and relationship building.

    Sell industrial water treatment equipment, chemical treatment solutions, and pump systems.

    Provide solutions for cooling towers, boilers, and industrial process water systems.Consult customers on corrosion prevention, water quality improvement, and system efficiency

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Summary:
    The Project Engineer will review project proposals, specifications, and inspection reports to determine engineering requirements, feasibility, and procedures for accomplishing each project, create and/or review engineering drawings including centrifugal pump component design, share existing engineer department drafting resources, specification and purchase of engineered equipment, create shop routings which detail the procedures and tasks that must be accomplished to complete each project.

    The Project Engineer exercises functional leadership for the planning, organization and coordination of engineering and design activities of the project. 

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

    Participates in and contributes to all phases of a project from conceptual design to detailed engineering, equipment fabrication, testing, and start-up.Plans and coordinates the engineering phase of the project such as preparation of design basis, process requirements, specifications and technical documents, package design, and package testing. Ensures effective communication and coordination between all engineering and design disciplines. Performs various engineering calculations and analyses related to process design, and sizes and selects mechanical and process equipment such as pumps, pressure vessels, filters, blowers, heat exchangers, valves, and instruments.Solicits supplier quotations and reviews for technical compliance, budget, and delivery constraints. Approves supplier engineering and design documents. Reviews package design and components for compliance with industry standards, engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements and related specifications. Develops and/or collects the engineering and QA documents required for design, customer approval, and fabrication of the packages, including but not limited to Design Book, Equipment List, Valve List, Specialty Item List, Equipment Data Sheets, P&ID’s, QA Procedures, etc.Coordinates package integration with customer equipment.Communicates directly with the customer to resolve technical issues. Evaluates and acknowledges changes to any technical documents during all phases of the project up to and including startup and commissioning. Interacts with shop personnel to solve engineering issues discovered during production. Participates during equipment testing and start up. Other duties assigned as required for projects or company standards development. 

    DESIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND SKILLS: 

    A broad knowledge of various engineering disciplines Chemical (Process), Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls and Materials with special emphasis on Process and Mechanical.Must have sufficient technical knowledge and awareness to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word. Ability to read, understand, and develop engineering drawings such as PFDs, P&IDs, GA’s, Structural Drawings and Piping Isometric, industry and company standards, customer contract requirements and related technical specifications. Ability to effectively communicate information to Project Manager, other team members, and shop personnel. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Knowledge of various engineering software are a plus: Aspen Plus, Compress, Risa3D, Caesar II, etc.  Detail oriented, organized, proactive, self-motivated and capable of producing work with minimal supervision.

    The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting continuous process improvement.

     

    Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager include, but are not limited to:

    Manage all Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processingLead and develop a team of AP Supervisors and AP Analysts, including approximately 15–20 indirect reportsDrive process improvements, automation, reporting enhancements, and AI initiativesDevelop and monitor KPIs to improve productivity and operational performanceBuild strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliersPartner with operations to resolve AP-related issues and vendor inquiriesSupport month-end activities, audits, and special projectsEnsure compliance with company policies and internal controls

     

    Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Manager include, but are not limited to:

    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered10+ years of Accounts Payable experience with at least 6 years in a leadership roleStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skillsIntermediate or higher proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.Experience with Coupa and P21 preferredProven ability to improve processes and manage high-volume AP operations

    The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for managing a high-volume account portfolio, ensuring vendor invoices are accurately recorded and processed on time, in accordance with department goals and objectives. 


    Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst include, but are not limited to:
    • Review and process vendor invoices/credit memos, ensuring accurate coding and data entry
    • Validate invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods/services prior to issuing payment
    • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships
    • Research and reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for
    • Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing to prevent errors/duplicates
    • Communicate with vendors and employees at all levels of the company.
    • Coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve invoice discrepancies
    • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
    • Adhere to all company procedures, approval processes, and internal controls related to Accounts Payable


    Requirements of the Accounts Payable Analyst include, but are not limited to:

    • High School diploma and/or equivalent
    • Experience working in AP 1-7 years’ experience
    • Experience with accounting software 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, MUST have intermediate Excel knowledge
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Capable of performing effectively in a dynamic and high-volume environment
    • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
    • Strong organizational abilities: skilled at prioritizing tasks, ensuring objectives are met, and adhering to deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
