    Position Overview:

    The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) (W2) will provide high-quality mental health counseling services to clients in a supportive and therapeutic environment. The LPC will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    What You’ll Do as a Behavior Consultant (BC)

    Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

    Required Qualifications

    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Intensive Behavior Health Services (IBHS) Clinical and Administrative Directors, the IBHS Assessment Clinician performs assessments of a child’s, youth’s or young adult’s needs and develops an individualized treatment plan (ITP) that includes the interventions that will be used to meet the identified needs. The Assessment Clinician would assist in initial coordination and consultation with the family, school staff and other team members for the identified child, youth or young adult. Assessments are completed across setting utilizing observations and interviews. The IBHS Assessment Clinician must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete assessments within a timely fashion (15 days).

    Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field required from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adultsExperience working within IBHS, behavioral health, or children’s mental health services preferred.     Duties:

    Outpatient Therapists provide intensive family-oriented therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health disorders and emotional disturbances.     Position Summary

    The Mobile Mental Health Therapist (MMHT) provides individual psychotherapy and clinical behavioral health treatment services to adults who are homebound, medically fragile, or residing in nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, or other long-term care environments.

    Services are delivered in community-based settings for individuals unable to access traditional outpatient care. The Mobile Mental Health Therapist is responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and maintaining complete and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Dunbar Wellness Group, CBH, OMHSAS, and regulatory standards.

    This position requires strong clinical judgment, independence, and the ability to provide services safely and effectively in field-based environments.


    Target Population

    The Mobile Mental Health Therapist will serve individuals who:

    Are homebound or shut-in due to medical or mobility limitationsReside in nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, or long-term care settingsReceive Community HealthChoices (CHC), CBH, or Medical Assistance servicesHave chronic medical conditions and co-occurring behavioral health needsRequire community-based mental health services due to inability to attend outpatient care

    Experience working with senior adults and homebound populations is strongly preferred.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Clinical Services

    Provide individual psychotherapy services in community-based settingsConduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plansImplement evidence-based treatment interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicatedProvide crisis intervention and stabilization as necessary

    Documentation and Compliance

    Maintain an active caseload assigned by IBHS leadership.

    Provide temporary coverage for unstaffed BC cases as needed.

    Follow all DWG workflows, compliance policies, and IBHS regulatory standards.

    Qualifications

    Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field.

    Active PA clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or BCBA strongly preferred; license-eligible candidates considered.

    Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs required.

    Strong clinical writing and teamwork skills.

    Reliable transportation required.

    Compensation & Employment Details

    $29–$32/hour (W-2) based on licensure, experience, and availability.

    Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour

    Schedule: Monday through Wednesday (5 PM-8 PM)

    Population: Children and Adolescents- Ages 5 to 18, who present with a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:
