Schedule: Full-time | Competitive Pay | Growth OpportunitiesPosition Overview:As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll play a key role in installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and residential electrical systems in accordance with national and local electrical codes. You’ll be expected to lead by example, support safety initiatives, and contribute to the productivity and success of each project.Key Responsibilities:Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems including conduit, panels, lighting, and controlsPull wire, bend conduit, and terminate wiring in control panels, receptacles, switchgear, and moreRead and interpret electrical blueprints and single-line diagramsMentor apprentices and support team efficiencyEnsure compliance with DuCros Electrical safety policies and all applicable codesCommunicate effectively with foremen, team members, and site personnelSkills & Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience as a Journeyman or equivalentStrong knowledge of electrical theory, magnetic induction, and three-phase systemsAbility to read blueprints, layout systems, and work independently or as part of a teamFamiliarity with NEC codes and standard electrical practicesProficient with tools of the trade and safe work proceduresExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform repetitive tasks while wearing a tool beltAbility to kneel, squat, and stand for extended periodsComfortable working at heights using lifts or boomsWhy DuCros?Strong team environment and a reputation for excellenceSteady work throughout Orange CountyOpportunities for advancement and continued trainingSupportive leadership that values your safety and successDuCros Electrical Contracting Design Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
