We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in our large loss rebuild division. Responsibilities:Pursue rebuild opportunities by visiting homes that just experienced a fire to develop a relationship with the homeowners and sell our services. Build relationships with local insurance agents and adjusters to cultivate referral opportunities. Develop sales strategies and marketing plans.     Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition OverviewDuckstein Restoration, since 1971, is a Pittsburgh based construction company specializing in residential and commercial insurance restoration. Disaster restoration has become an increasingly needed service throughout our area as well as the entire country. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced estimator. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction and hands-on experience in the industry.The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple aspects of an insurance restoration claim from initial inspection for mitigation services to writing supplements for reconstruction estimates.This person will be responsible for writing detailed mitigation & reconstruction estimates and creating accurate scopes of work.
    This position requires the management and dealing with conflict of the competing needs of many stakeholders including customers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, customer centric, empathetic, and budget conscious. They will be comfortable and skilled at communicating with customers, estimate reviewers and adjusters.This position is fast paced, challenging and very demanding at times, but when executed properly, the customers’ gratitude for restoring their home after a disaster is very rewarding. Major Duties & Responsibilities:Inspect loss site to determine scope of work for mitigation & repairs.
