    Compensation: $30–$33 DOE
    Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

    Dubin Law Group is a mid-sized law firm with approximately 80–90 employees across five offices in Washington State. We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for attorneys and staff, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and serve as the primary on-site liaison to our third-party IT services provider.

    This role also includes supporting firm-specific software platforms such as CRM systems and Zoom Phone. Training will be provided for these systems. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and maintaining business-critical systems in a professional services environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Provide first-line technical support for attorneys and staff, both in person and remotelyDiagnose and resolve common IT issues, including login access, password resets, multi-factor authentication (2FA), email/calendar/Outlook problems, missing software permissions, file access or recovery, OneDrive/SharePoint sync issues, Wi-Fi, VOIP phones, headsets, webcams, and conference room technologyTroubleshoot printer, scanner, and copier issuesTrack, document, and follow up on support requests in a timely mannerPrepare, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals for new hiresSet up user accounts, email, and access to required systems and softwareAssign software licenses and ensure correct permissionsCoordinate equipment return and system access removal during offboardingAssist with administration and user support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive)Manage basic user permissions and access groupsMaintain an inventory of IT equipment and technology assetsLearn and provide support for the firm’s CRM platforms and other business-critical softwareProvide first-line support for user issues related to business applicationsAssist with Zoom Phone configuration and ongoing support, including managing extensions, call routing, voicemail, and troubleshootingServe as the primary on-site contact for the firm’s external IT services providerEscalate complex or infrastructure-level issues as neededAssist with vendor-led projects, upgrades, and security initiativesFollow and help enforce firm IT and security policies, including device updates, patching, access controls, and phishing awarenessPromptly report potential security incidents

    What We’re Looking For

    1–3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical support roleExperience supporting Windows laptops and common office hardwareWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersWillingness and ability to learn firm-specific software systems, including CRM platforms and Zoom PhoneStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requestsWillingness to travel between firm offices as neededExperience supporting a law firm or professional services environment is a plusFamiliarity with VOIP or cloud-based phone systems is a plusBasic understanding of IT security concepts (MFA, phishing prevention, access controls) is a plusExperience working with or alongside a managed IT services provider (MSP) is a plusRelevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) are a plus

    Dubin Law Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the firm's day-to-day accounting operations and financial processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will work closely with legal operations, human resources, and administrative teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely reconciliations, and efficient accounting workflows.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys operational accounting, problem-solving, and process improvement while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    What You'll Do:

    Reconcile bank, cash, and credit card accounts monthly to support accurate month-end close proceduresEnsure QuickBooks Online transactions are synced, reviewed, and accurately recorded in the general ledgerPrepare and post month-end journal entriesMaintain accurate coding and reconciliation of profit and loss and balance sheet accountsMonitor and facilitate timely processing of firm expensesProcess semi-monthly payroll and related journal entriesCoordinate accounts payable processing and periodic check runsAssist with communication and reporting related to case cost funding and banking relationshipsReconcile trust accounts, lines of credit, and related balancesReview and reconcile subrogation, settlement, and disbursement balancesAssist with audit preparation, supporting schedules, and requested documentationIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and workflow efficiency


    What We're Looking For:

    2–3+ years of operational accounting experienceStrong understanding of cash and accrual accounting principlesExperience with accounts payable, payroll, account reconciliations, and general ledger processesExperience preparing audit schedules and supporting documentationStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks OnlineExperience with cloud-based accounting or ERP systemsAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
