Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Dubin Law Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support our personal injury litigation team. This role is responsible for managing case documentation, coordinating with medical providers and insurance carriers, and ensuring litigation deadlines and discovery processes are handled with precision.
What You’ll Do
Draft, propound, and respond to discovery requestsMaintain accurate case records in Filevine and shared drivesManage attorney calendars, including court deadlines and case schedulesCoordinate with medical providers, insurance carriers, and subrogation entitiesRequest and review insurance policies, declarations pages, and PIP/UIM documentationTrack and verify medical billing and lien balancesProcess case expenses, invoices, and cost trackingOrganize and maintain detailed case documentation and digital filesDraft balance confirmations, withdrawal letters, and disbursement documentationAssist paralegals and attorneys with litigation support and case preparation
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience as a litigation legal assistantExperience supporting personal injury or civil litigation cases preferredStrong organizational deadline management skillsExceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to manage multiple cases and litigation deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with case management software (Filevine preferred)Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and paralegals

What You'll Do:

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will work closely with legal operations, human resources, and administrative teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely reconciliations, and efficient accounting workflows.

What You'll Do:
Reconcile bank, cash, and credit card accounts monthly to support accurate month-end close proceduresEnsure QuickBooks Online transactions are synced, reviewed, and accurately recorded in the general ledgerPrepare and post month-end journal entriesMaintain accurate coding and reconciliation of profit and loss and balance sheet accountsMonitor and facilitate timely processing of firm expensesProcess semi-monthly payroll and related journal entriesCoordinate accounts payable processing and periodic check runsAssist with communication and reporting related to case cost funding and banking relationshipsReconcile trust accounts, lines of credit, and related balancesReview and reconcile subrogation, settlement, and disbursement balancesAssist with audit preparation, supporting schedules, and requested documentationIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and workflow efficiencyWhat We're Looking For:
